Cloud Specialist – Presales
Position Description
Responsible for securing business offering of the following services: Enterprise Cloud Services; Hosting; Managed Applications; Collaboration and Messaging; custom Web development, Infrastructure as a Service, Desktop as a Service; Intelligent Storage and Disaster and Recovery; and Data Center services.
Responsibilities and Job Role

Focus on developing business related to Cloud Services across all verticals (Financial, e-commerce, EDU, Gaming, and Enterprise)

Prospecting key new accounts in the region and developing business with them

Developing and nurturing a network of high quality Cloud service providers to sell to.

Acting as the “trusted vendor partner” and working with Cloud Service providers as channel partners to hunt and close new business
-
Ensuring clean handoff from pre-sales to appropriate service delivery resources
-
Working within JAS Business Systems guidelines to negotiate appropriate pricing, service level, and legal terms with customers

Complying with JAS Business Systems standards and policies related to documentation, reporting, travel, and related administrative activities
Requirements

Experience selling to Cloud Service Solutions

Skill set should be related to one or more of the following:
-
Cloud Enterprise Managed Services (such as hosting)

Infrastructure Services and Solutions (such as VMware, HP, IBM, Sun)

Security solutions
-
Applications (such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP)
-
AI, IOT, Big Data
-
Past selling cycle of deals experience should be from 6-12 months
-
Strategic thinker, with execution excellence and a structured, planned approach
-
Have 5+ years direct sales success in the IT Managed Services, Hosting, or Cloud Services markets

Must work well in a team environment, with multiple resources

Certificates – Huawei, Azure, AWS etc
